By believing in each individual’s potential, Eilania Lee helps cultivate spaces where confidence, creativity, and kindness can thrive.
I am Eilania Lee, a dynamic C-Suite performance coach, author, business owner, speaker, and devoted mother of three. Based in Singapore, I am passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their fullest potential.
My contributions span various fields, including serving as a judge for Miss World Singapore, where I focused on the theme of "Beauty with a Purpose," and for the public speaking competition "My Dreams, My Future" organized by Singapore Girls’ Home.
I was appointed by the renowned multinational corporation Yeo's to design and facilitate a program for the launch of their new product, Super Sprouts. This opportunity allowed me to showcase my expertise in driving impactful initiatives.
Additionally, I created the world's first and only values-based journal, What Do I Stand For? Journal: A Self-Exploration Guide To A Meaningful Life, which has been sold in six countries. This achievement reflects my commitment to promoting meaningful living and self-discovery.

I actively engage with global audiences through talks and panels, participating in events such as InterNations and Women of Courage Asia, where I aim to inspire and uplift others. I am also the founder of a footwear company that champions fashion with purpose, which gained traction in major departmental stores across Singapore.
One of my most transformative experiences has been becoming a mother of three. This role has deeply shaped my perspective and fueled my drive to create a better world for future generations.
Balancing Inner and Outer Beauty to Inspire Purposeful Living and Positive Impact

As a millennial, I witnessed the introduction of social media and its negative impact on society. The constant focus on appearances and comparing lives has taken a toll on our mental, emotional, and physical wellness.
While looking beautiful has its benefits, I believe it is equally important to cultivate inner beauty. We all possess it, and balancing our focus on both aspects makes life more meaningful. There is so much more to life than superficiality.
My children keep me motivated and joyful. I want them to live in a world that is better than it is today.
There have been many highlights during my ride, including being invited to stock my products in renowned departmental stores across Singapore, serving as a judge for Miss World Singapore and the Singapore Girls' Home public speaking competition, and being appointed by Yeo's for their new product launch. These experiences have taught me invaluable lessons and have been incredibly encouraging.
My work is inherently purposeful. I don’t know anyone else with the same dream. Others may have similar ones, but from a different angle. I celebrate my achievements with acts of self-love, ensuring I never forget to care for myself.

As mentioned earlier, my children and the desire to create a better world inspire me. I envision future generations living with purpose and striving to make a positive impact on the world.
When I started my business, I had zero skills, knowledge, or experience in the field. What kept me going was my intention to fulfill my purpose. Along the way, I faced numerous challenges, the biggest being the COVID-19 pandemic.
During that time, I had to pivot and adapt. I learned that there is no single path to success and fulfillment—there are many ways to achieve them.
This journey has boosted my self-confidence and self-worth. Seeing the impact of my work on others and how empowered they have become motivates me to keep going.
Adaptability and resilience have been key to my success. When I achieve my IKIGAI (reason for being), I celebrate with my loved ones—family and friends.
My support system has been instrumental in my growth. They have helped me become aware of my true self, break through barriers, expand my potential, and believe in myself. They see qualities in me that I sometimes overlook and remind me of them, giving me courage during challenging times.

Go for it, even if you feel clueless. You will figure things out along the way. Always keep your "why" at the heart of what you do.
Remember, nothing goes to waste—not even the struggles. The lessons you learn will benefit you in the future, one way or another.
Take time and space to reflect and reconnect with yourself. My journal, What Do I Stand For?, has been a helpful tool for this.
We only have one life, so make the best of it.
I am most grateful for my family and friends. Practicing gratitude helps me focus on the positive, and I want to thank them by continuing to do well.
做你觉得值得的事 (Do what you feel is worth doing).
